Meet your spirit guides and guardians through cacao, breath practice, guided movement and meditation, dance, hands-on healing, journeying, and creative arts.
Consuming cacao is an ancient practice to ground, bring clarity, open and heal the heart and assist you on life’s journey. This is an invitation to connect with your guardians, explore and discover the true core essence of you and activate your innate joyful creative self.

*Please allow an extra 10 to 15 minutes to park (Browning Mill Pond side), walk across the street to the recreation field, sign in and find your spot in the circle. We will start promptly at the times indicated.
